Titanium's high strength-to-weight ratio makes it ideal for bicycles. It provides excellent fatigue resistance, allowing for longer lifespan and improved performance. Titanium’s natural damping properties enhance stability. Its ability to be welded and printed precisely enables customizable, durable, and lightweight frames.
Additive
Our frame lugs are made by laser melting. This additive manufacturing (AM) technique allows for geometry that traditional methods can’t achieve, reducing weight and increasing strength. With AM we produce a frame individualized for the athlete, optimized rider fit, and performance.
Bespoke
A bicycle is a tool for the cyclist, it should fit the athlete in shape and feel.
We fabricate each frame to the athlete’s specification.

Welding
Each of our bikes is TIG welded by hand. Titanium requires multiple stages of welding to ensure strength and resilience. About ten hours of welding time goes into each frame from tacking, fusion, and finish welding.
Finish
Multiple finishes are available on our Titanium frames - Raw, Brushed, Blasted, and Polished.
Graphic artwork is enhanced with anodizing to create a personalized finish in a variety of colors.
